Nicanor V. Santiago III or “Nicky” is one half of the partnership that started Weave Collaboration Partners in the United States and its Philippine affiliate, Santuza Enterprises, Inc.  He spent 11 years as a Sales and Marketing Director for XL-Axiata, in Jakarta, Indonesia.  Before that, he held marketing and sales positions at Globe Telecom, Piltel, Colgate Palmolive and Pilipinas Shell.  Most recently, he spearheaded retail loyalty transformation programs at SM Investment Corporation.

He is a BS Management (Honors Program) graduate from the Ateneo de Manila University.  And while he is not an Architect by training, Nicky brings his expertise in building and managing high-performance teams to Weave and Santuza.
