Jose “Jon” Lanuza is the other half of the partnership that started Weave Collaboration Partners and its Philippine affiliate, Santuza Enterprises, Inc.  He has NO background in architecture, having spent almost twenty-seven years till January 2022 in institutional stockbroking with such firms as Baring Securities, Macquarie Securities, CIMB Securities and CGS-CIMB, in New York City and San Francisco.   During the last seven years of that period he was the country head of CIMB/CGS-CIMB, and ran the US operation.

Prior to coming to the US, he worked three years in Indonesia, in consumer banking and insurance, at Bank Niaga.  Before that, he was at Citibank in the Philippines.  He began his career in brand management at Procter and Gamble Philippines in 1987.  He has a BS in Management Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University, an MBA from the Wharton School, and an MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
